Update sensor names to avoid conflicts

This version contains a breaking change about sensor name.
Previously sensor was names like that sensor.upload_speed to avoid conflicts with other integration or between two aria instance, sensor has been rename using aria host. Now sensor is name like that sensor.aria_192_168_1_57_upload_speed
