Bootable alpha

This is early, destructive-media software. Verify the selected physical USB drive before confirming any write. Linux, macOS, and Windows keep the full interface unprivileged and authenticate only a fixed, protected narrow write helper. Native GPT/MBR FAT32 Windows media is implemented across all three platforms; oversized payload and CA-2023 operations require wimlib on Linux and macOS.
