Improve error messages and info passing in `dk_iteration.py`

Currently, if the controller synthesis or D-scale fitting fails, the DK-iteration process does not stop gracefully. Need to check if the controller/D-scale returned is `None`.

Also, the `info` variable is not being passed through correctly from the controller synthesis or D-scale fits.
