whats new:
added papermc's hangar as a source
added importing mods from disk
you can now search sources with -F
you can now select a specific version of a mod with -D
you can now ignore mods with --ignore
added -a, --all to operate on all installed mods
added -e, --explicit for operations related specifically to mods installed explicitly
added -d, --dependency for operations related specifically to mods installed as a dependency
added -p, --optional for operations related specifically to mods installed as an optional dependency
-S now also gets dependencies, this can optionally be skipped with -e

-S does not get optional dependencies by default but it can be enabled with -p or with the get-optional-dependencies config option
-Q extended with -e, -d and -p for showing only mods installed as explicit, dependency or optional dependency respectively
added -y, --noconfirm for skipping confirmation dialogues, this does not skip the ignore question when downgrading
