ZCHAT v2.12.4 — critical crash-on-launch fix
Fixes two startup crashes (both the same underlying bug — a field used before it was ready):
- App closing right after opening — resolved. On some launches the app force-closed while loading the chat screen; it now opens reliably (verified 0 crashes across 25 cold launches, was ~80%).
- Crash right after restoring your seed phrase — resolved. Opening Restore Wallet after a wallet-backup QR had been scanned could crash the screen instantly; fixed.
Also hardened six more fields of the same class as a precaution — including three in the Tunnel/handshake path that guard against duplicate on-chain sends — and swept every other screen for the pattern (none found).
If you set a profile photo on 2.12.3 and the app started closing on launch, this is your fix — just update.
