declix-bash 1.1.0 (2025-07-29)

This is the 1.1.0 release of declix-bash - Bash script generator for declarative Linux system configuration.

Installation

Download the single-file release

# Download the script
wget https://github.com/declix/declix-bash/releases/download/1.1.0/declix-bash.sh
chmod +x declix-bash.sh

Usage

# Generate and check system state
./declix-bash.sh resources.pkl | bash -s check

# Show differences
./declix-bash.sh resources.pkl | bash -s diff

# Apply configuration
./declix-bash.sh resources.pkl | bash -s apply

Requirements

  • pkl (Apple's configuration language) must be installed
  • sudo access for system modifications
