v0.1.1 — clearer connection diagnostics

Patch release with clearer connection diagnostics.

Fixes

• Connection failures are no longer silent. With setDebug(true), failed HTTP requests log the status code and a reason — token rejected, no access, wrong host, rate limited, server error, or no connection. Previously a rejected token made flush() retry forever with no output.
• A refused connection is told apart from a dropped one. A WebSocket handshake that never opens now reports connect refused - check token and host instead of disconnected, and socket errors are logged instead of swallowed.

Install

Available from the Arduino Library Manager (search Nodrix), the PlatformIO Registry (lib_deps = decoded-cipher/Nodrix), and the ESP Component Registry (idf.py add-dependency "decoded-cipher/nodrix"). Dependencies install automatically.
