Release v2.1.6 of the fsqc toolbox:

This release is a minor fix that updates the minimum required version version of the lapy dependency to 1.1.1. Earlier lapy versions would, in version 2.1.5 of the fsqc tools, lead to some topology-related metrics being reported as NaNs in the output.
