Minor Changes

  • Harden and simplify app-file storage with race-safe quota summaries, fixed-layout recoverable multipart reservations, strict public/private scope isolation, bounded request bodies, and safe downloadable HTML/SVG/JavaScript attachments. Quota-enabled custom handlers must now provide a coordination key.
