What's new in 0.4.3

• Study settings, Style tab: every output of a study is listed and can be styled — shapes, characters, arrows, background and bar colours, candles, fills, levels and drawing groups — with the changes drawn while the dialog is open (Cancel reverts).
• Untitled outputs get their default names; plots coloured from a fixed set of colours get one colour row per colour; outputs hidden by default are listed unchecked.
• Uncoloured plotcandle / plotbar outputs drawn and styled with their default colours.
• Community indicators: their outputs are listed in the Style tab in the order of the original script, and 640+ of them offer the alert conditions and alert() calls of their originals in the alert dialog.
• Community indicators that did not follow their original were re-ported, about 60 now draw as their original, and 6 indicators without a known original were removed.
• Alert conditions for Awesome Oscillator, MACD, Supertrend, RSI, RSI Divergence, Gaps, Linear Regression Channel and Technical Ratings.
