Complete v3 architecture redesign. Single-DAG iteration model. StrategyGraph. Constitution v3.0.0.

Breaking Changes

  • StrategyGraph replaces DAGPass — Single persistent DAG with multi-pass iteration replaces the v2 per-pass model
  • Constitution v3.0.0 — 12 governance principles (added Layer Dependency Discipline, Catalog-Driven Assembly)
  • v3 entity model — PassEntry, GateLifecycleStatus, NodeHistoryEntry, ExecutionTraceEntry. 11 enums, 14 models, 7 modules

New Infrastructure

  • StrategyGraph model — Single-DAG entity with passes, nodes, edges, and lifecycle tracking
  • triggered_by edge type — Reactive edges that fire when prerequisite nodes complete
  • Capability tag resolution — hil-dag assemble resolves catalog capabilities to infer edges
  • Gate verdict/lifecycle enums — GateVerdict and GateLifecycleStatus for gate node semantics
  • hil-dag record — Atomic status + evidence + trace writes (used by State Analyst)

Changed

  • All 7 hil-dag CLI subcommands migrated to StrategyGraph schema
  • dag-assembler agent rewritten: single-DAG bootstrap, auto-resolution, triggered_by support
  • state-analyst agent rewritten: parse-and-recommend with ranked recommendations
  • specify.md rewritten as v3 goal-oriented supervisor

Fixed

  • 28 v3 architecture violations resolved (critical through low severity)

  • 381 tests pass, 97.41% coverage
