Added
- Truth-object timing and filtering: Expose particle creation time through a consistent derived attribute, derive truth-interaction time from neutrino information or the earliest constituent particle, and support inclusive truth-time windows in cluster metrics.
- Point-completeness diagnostics: Compare detector-level truth-associated points with Geant4 depositions using configurable spatial and time windows, reporting bidirectional purity and efficiency for fragments, particles, or interactions.
- Stored optical hypotheses: Persist per-channel likelihood predictions for eligible interactions, associate them with observed flashes, serialize them through HDF5, and overlay measured and predicted light in the event display with optional shared PE-based sizing.
- Full flash-match candidates: Optionally retain every positive-scoring OpT0Finder interaction/flash hypothesis and score while preserving the selected match for standard analysis and visualization.
Changed
- Flash-matching analysis outputs: Support configurable matching directions, unmatched interaction counterparts, flash multiplicities, overlap scores, and additional reconstructed or truth attributes in the optical metric analyzer.
Fixed
- Point diagnostic robustness: Handle empty and degenerate point collections safely in point- and track-completeness studies while preserving configurable truth point representations.
- Invalid MCS fits: Return
NaNwhen kinetic-energy optimization fails or saturates a fit boundary, expose configurable fit limits, and provide an explicit legacy option to retain invalid optimizer values.
