Follow-up to #368. The "+" beside SOURCES in the Library rail moves from the right edge to right after the label: it is the section's action, and on the right it read as one more number in the column of counts below it. The button keeps hugging its glyph (4 px padding, no border) so the header row does not grow; the plus sits 8 px after the label, centred on its text.
