• Suunto Nautic/Ocean: the transport was reworked based on Jef Driesen's review of libdivecomputer#73. Every packet from the watch goes through one receive path that checks its start byte, length and CRC and matches it to its request by sequence number. Replies to the Suunto app's requests on the same link are now skipped instead of being read as ours, which made a sync with the Suunto app still connected time out (#77).
• Suunto Nautic/Ocean: the /Data stream ends on the watch's end marker, with each chunk's offset checked, and /Logbook/Entries is parsed by its records instead of by scanning for timestamps (#77).
