[Bug] 极简模式下 /goal 缺少 update_goal 工具，任务完成后无法正常结束，陷入死循环

摘要

在极简模式中使用 /goal 时，当前 agent 的工具列表只有 bash 和 str_replace_editor，没有 dsh-tool-goal 提供的 get_goal / update_goal。模型在若干轮后已经用自然语言明确报告任务完成，但该结论无法落成 goal/change(complete)。Goal Round driver 只检查 phase === active && activation === armed，因此继续调度新轮次，直到默认 maxGoalRounds = 256 耗尽，目标被 round-limit block。

影响

用户看到的是“验收通过后仍不停验收”的无限循环，参考截图；实际日志中是 256 个 turn/end(completed)。同一 preset 组合下，任何“可自然语言完成、但模型不调用 goal 工具”的长期任务都会稳定复现。长任务无人值守时，这 256 轮会产生大量重复 token 和工具调用。

预期行为 / 实际行为

• 预期：模型确认完成后调用 update_goal(action: complete)，目标变为 completed，driver 停止调度。
• 实际：目标最终为 block(round-limit, roundsStarted=256)，从未出现 completed；update_goal 调用次数为 0。聊天界面出现大量的“验收通过”。

复现方法

1. 新建会话并选择极简模式。
2. 执行 /goal <可完成的长期任务>。我自己遇到这种问题时，使用的prompt是：

/goal 你去探索一下deepseek-harness的代码仓库，给我讲清楚这个harness是怎么设计的。包括但不限于：

1）总体架构
2）Agents编排

以及你认为任何重要的东西。你可以参考Hello-agents这种给小白讲解agent系统的框架，来给我讲解harness。你可以认为我知道agent的原理，对于多智能体也是比较熟悉，但是对于harness则一知半解。

3. 等待主代理在回复中声明任务完成。
4. 继续观察：后续 Goal Round 仍会被调度。

诊断

极简模式没有挂载与 /goal 生命周期相关的工具，模型既看不到 get_goal / update_goal，也无法在自然语言判定完成后通过工具调用把“完成”信号落成 goal/change(complete)；同时 Goal Round driver 只依据持久化 goal 状态决定是否继续，不解析 assistant 的自然语言结论，因此在完成通道缺失的情况下，每一轮“验收通过”都不会改变目标状态，循环只能一直跑到 maxGoalRounds 被 round-limit 强制终止。

详细情况

1. driver 不消费自然语言完成结论

3. 极简模式没有挂载该工具

4. 即使补挂 tool-goal，goal policy 文本仍会被 persona 抑制

complete: true 会把 system prompt 收敛为上述单句；tool-goal 的 goal policy section 不会进入 system prompt。

5. Goal Round 提示词引用了不存在的 policy

renderGoalRoundPrompt() 固定写入：

Follow the configured goal-tool policy before reporting a blocker.

但极简模式中没有配置 dsh-tool-goal。

可能的修复方案

1. 极简模式补挂 dsh-tool-goal；同时处理 complete: true persona 对 goal policy 文本的抑制。

2. 如果不希望极简模式支持 goal，则在极简模式中禁用 /goal。

3. dsh-goal-round-driver 增加无进展保护：连续 N 轮没有工具调用、且 goal 状态未变化时，自动 pause 并通知用户。

预设环境

备注

如您在prompt中所见，我目前是一个harness的小白，本次问题诊断高度依赖deepseek-harness及DeepSeek-V4-Pro模型本身的能力。整个过程中，我确信我观测到的无限成功死循环的现象是真实的，也认为deepseek-harness向我报告的 “/goal 的控制流依靠硬编码信号驱动 -> 模型没有无师自通地输出调用变更硬编码信号工具的能力 -> 模型只能无限输出自然语言’验收通过‘结论直至轮次额度耗尽”的逻辑是正确的，也高度认可这一诊断的正确性。但是由于我本人未独立阅读相关源码，诊断结论由 Harness 模型自行分析日志和代码后输出，因此不排除存在理解偏差或幻觉的可能。真实原因有待维护团队进一步排查。
