报告里的“插件 registry + 兼容契约”不只是官方未来项，社区已经可以先验证一条跨生态路线：pi2dsh@0.11.0 在 DSH 内实现 Pi Host ABI，兼容的 Pi npm 原包无需 fork 或改源码即可挂载。

目前真实 DSH CLI / Web 已跑通视觉伴生路由（@kassing/pi-vision）、旁路子会话与按需合并（pi-btw）、长期记忆、联网工具和按 provider/model 调度的子代理。这里最重要的是“兼容契约可回归”：仓库公开支持矩阵、真实运行结果和完整例子，只把实测通过的包列为支持，不把整个 Pi 生态一概宣称兼容。

视觉链路的完整截图与配置在 #2040。这可以作为报告里“复用成熟生态，而非每项重造”的一个已落地样本。

这份报告如果继续迭代，我建议把“生态规模”与“模型请求负担”拆成六层，否则 1804 个插件 很容易被误读成 1804 份 schema 都进入上下文：

1. 目录收录的插件数
2. 某个 profile 实际安装的 bundle 数
3. 当前 session 激活的 MCP server 数
4. Harness 注册的工具定义数
5. 最终发给 provider 的 tools/function JSON 字节数
6. 本轮真正执行的 tool call 数

可复现的审计可以是：先保存 dsh --profile web --dump-config，再捕获真实 outbound request 的工具段并做 canonical JSON byte count；随后用冻结任务同时记录候选召回、额外搜索步数、执行成功和完成结果。这样报告里的“成本透明化”就不会只看插件数量或 provider token 汇总。

如果报告后续愿意加入这组分层，插件生态增长、安装转化 与 模型侧负担 就能各自归因，不会互相代替。

这份报告的两个缺口我们正好在补，提供一些实测数据供交叉验证：

1. 「插件 registry + 兼容契约」：我们发布了 dsh-plugin-certification —— spec v1（清单合规 / 构建卫生 / 供应链 Scorecard / provenance / 安装实测五维）+ 公开注册表 + 可挂 README 的徽章。首批真实数据已入库（PerryLink/dsh-auto-review，grade B，快照 2026-09-02），33 个插件正在批量过检。
2. 「安全审计活跃但安全工具稀缺（sandbox 仅 9）」：我们的安全侧插件有 6 个（dsh-defend 递归删除拦截、dsh-permission-rules、dsh-auto-review、dsh-doublecheck、dsh-score、dsh-skill-pack-security），可以计入该缺口统计。

如果作者团队愿意，认证注册表可以作为 registry 层的验证组件接入，数据格式与字段全部公开。

(EN) We are working on exactly the two gaps this report identifies, with public data for cross-validation: (1) dsh-plugin-certification provides the registry + verification layer — spec v1 (manifest compliance, build hygiene, supply-chain Scorecard, provenance, install verification) with a public registry and README badges; first real entry is in (auto-review, grade B, snapshot 2026-09-02), 33 plugins queued. (2) The family includes six security-side plugins for the sandbox/tooling gap (dsh-defend, dsh-permission-rules, dsh-auto-review, dsh-doublecheck, dsh-score, dsh-skill-pack-security). Open to wiring the certification registry into the registry layer this report calls for.

Adding to the ecosystem map: free-best-router is a self-hosted OpenAI-compat routing layer for the free-model layer underneath DSH.

Capability缝 it fills (relevant to the "6 能力缝" framing):

• free-model provider health — discovery, normalization, capability-aware ranking, per-failure-type cooldowns, bounded failover, smart exploration
• free-model fallback — 4 attempts x 45 s = 180 s wall time, with explicit Retry-After and x-free-router-next-eligible hints on exhaustion
• free-model reliability learning — Wilson lower bound + Bayesian shrinkage + time-decay penalties

It is not a native DSH plugin — it is an OpenAI-compat provider that DSH can call via the standard llm-pi-ai config block. The 5 洞察 in this report that intersect with it:

• 配置 > 代码 (we agree — the DSH integration is a 6-line YAML block, the rest is config-driven)
• 失败兜底 (we emit 502 with Retry-After + next_eligible_model when the pool is empty)

Reply to #2031 — Ecosystem survey

UEA adds the engineering-workflow layer to the ecosystem. It is the reference implementation of the DSH dsh-universal-harness-core contract, as a standalone, npm-installable package:

The 9-stage model (inspect → plan → implement → tool-hygiene → verify → classify → recover → test → generalize) covers the parts of the engineering loop that are the same regardless of which model, which language, or which deployment target the profile chooses.

Specifically, UEA fills a gap that neither a model-router nor a plugin directory covers:

• Context budgeting — ranked workspace inspection instead of whole-repo dumps
• Mission staging — turning a free-text objective into a dependency-aware task graph
• Typed failure classification — 10 error classes, deterministic, no network call
• Bounded recovery — non-retryable fall-through for the three error types that cannot fix themselves
• Append-only checkpoint log — format-compatible with DSH uh_checkpoint so state survives interruptions

The sibling project free-best-router answers which model; UEA answers how the agent performs engineering work around that model. They are complementary, not overlapping.
