历史对话加载失败

每次对话多几个，就会出现这个问题，用社区的`dsh-session-surgeon`/`dsh-session-repair-ui`都没有任何效果，只能开新会话再重新处理，不然发送的消息也看不到，回复的内容也看不到，各位有什么好的办法吗

你最好用dsh在本地调查问题原因 把仓库代码拉下来或者告知其仓库连接 让模型从源码级别排查问题

作者来了。dsh-session-surgeon 只修磁盘上已经坏掉的 session.jsonl.zstd（seq gap / torn / 缺 message.id）。它不会让官方 Web 打开大会话更快，也修不了「文件是好的、history RPC 超时 / 客户端 30s abort」那种。

「每次对话多几个就会出现、发了也看不见」更像：

1. 冷历史全量物化超时（[Bug] Cold history loading fully materializes large/corrupt logs and can stall the entire Web server #1550 / [Bug] WebUI 首次加载较长历史对话报「历史加载失败：signal timed out (internal)」 #4403 / ssh隧道连接后，重启后无法打开历史会话 #4418：signal timed out / The user aborted a request）——文件没坏，官方 loader 把整份日志在主线程解完才分页；
2. 或者已经落盘了空 callId 的 tool/result（Bug Fix #4240 / tool/result events with empty callId cause SessionPersistenceCorruptionError on resume #4385 / [Bug] A degenerate streamed tool call (empty callId) is persisted, then the loader rejects it — entire session history becomes permanently unloadable #4387：message must have tool source）——我们不会编假 callId。

请先不要反复 apply。把这一条的 inspect 贴出来（不要上传整份 ~/.dsh/sessions）：

• health 是 ok：文件没坏，surgeon 本来就不会改它；开新会话或等官方 bounded-history。
• health 是 seq-gap-* / torn-tail / message-missing-id：默认 dry-run 预览，确认后再 apply（先 .bak.<utc>）。
• 报 message must have tool source：空 callId，目前只能定位，不能自动修。

安装（一条命令，重启 dsh web）：
