Codebase-native delivery context for client-project teams on DeepSeek Harness.

When delivery state lives apart from the repo, PMs, engineers, and agents struggle to stay aligned on owners, handoffs, and blockers. dsh-delivery-board keeps the stage pipeline, handoff audit, and client weekly report in one in-repo delivery state. Board / audit / weekly are projections of that same state — not a separate service.

Update — v0.1.5 (soft WIP + weekly shipped / next bets)

Since the earlier note (v0.1.1 → v0.1.4), a small methodology slice landed that stays repo-native (YAML/JSON + board + CLI), not a PM suite:

• Soft WIP limits (Kanban-style): optional per-stage wipLimit / wip_limit. Board and move responses warn when a stage is over; moves are never blocked.
• Weekly shipped / risk burn-down / Next bets: delivery_weekly lists terminal-stage arrivals and archives in the reporting window, risks resolved in-window, and frames optional next_week notes as Next bets (Shape Up–ish framing without betting tables).

Still: stage gates remain checkable (not hard-blocking); board stays on 127.0.0.1; install path unchanged.

Small update: v0.1.6 is out.

What changed:

• Timeline view: cards laid out on a calendar axis (start to due date), next to the stage board.
• Dark mode that follows the OS setting, plus per-stage accent colors.
• WIP-over warnings are now soft badges instead of loud banners (moves are still never blocked).
• The live board UI follows the browser language (zh / en).
• Cards that already shipped are no longer flagged as overdue.
