Everything is good to go. A second PR will be done with new Docker image to support newly released version.

This is the same PR as the previous one for TF 2.5 compatibility but with a less confusing branch name.
Now the PR should be working on python 3.6.1 to 3.9.x with tensorflow 2.5.
There are still troubles with the test
test_github_model_provider.pythat crashes with python 3.9 (while it seems due to the--forkedoption ofpytest).
