• The due picker reads a lone a or p after a digit as am/pm, so 5p,
  5:30p and fri 5p resolve to 17:00-style moments. Before, 5p was
  "Not a date or time" and fri 5p silently dropped the time and landed on
  the note's old time of day. Rows still read 24-hour; a bare 5 is still
  05:00.
