• A bare clock number after a day phrase is read the way a bare number is
  read alone, 24-hour: wed 6 is the coming Wednesday at 06:00, wed 18
  is 18:00, wed 630 and wed 1730 are 06:30 and 17:30, and tomorrow 6,
  fri 6, next monday 6 and in 2 days 6 follow. Before, the number was
  silently dropped and the row landed on the note's old time of day.
