• On the phone the panel follows Apple's HIG layout rules: every control is
  at least 44pt tall (the Due box, hour chips, a joined − value + stepper,
  the apply buttons, Now, next, reset and each queue row), spacing sits
  on the 8pt grid with 16pt between the editor and the queue, the title
  reads 17pt semibold and section headers 13pt, labels lead and controls
  trail on one shared edge, and queue rows get hairline separators. The
  Daily apply button takes its own full-width line when the chips leave it
  no room. On a phone the panel now scrolls from seven queued notes on
  (six fit). Desktop is unchanged.
