• feat: support Windows platform — upgrade duckdb to 1.5.3 so the community cache_httpfs extension (v0.14.0, now with Windows support) is available as windows_amd64; this also unpins duckdb from 1.4.3 since the O_DIRECT tail-block EINVAL regression is fixed upstream [#130 <https://github.com/defeat-beta/defeatbeta-api/issues/130>_]
