Adds an in-app diagnostics panel (Settings -> LOG -> Diagnose capture) that re-runs the full parse -> classify -> dedup pipeline over the live log and shows every stage: watcher status, parsed items with slot/power/affix-count, each item's panel + classification + why it was dropped, the final displayed set, and the raw log tail. Turns 'the log has data but items don't update' into a self-diagnosable, screenshot-free report.
