Test Web UI

This is a test of email notification. I created the release as a full release (not draft) using the Web UI. We want to see if the email is sent, and if it includes the artifacts on it. This would be distinct from when using the API, where you create the release and it always sends the email right away before you have a chance to load artifacts.
