A beta set of codes developed to speed up, automate, and analyze massive BD simulations of ARBD, in particular with an attempt to follow up the simulations with structural refinement through MD-derived simulations.
There are some known bugs reported through test cases that rarely being implemented in actual research. We will follow them.
