Changed

• OpenCV is an optional extra (pip install delentia-os[video]); the video algorithm imports it on first use. The install is about 113 MB smaller.
• faiss-cpu is an optional extra (pip install delentia-os[vector]). Without it the vector index uses an exact numpy search with the same neighbours and scores for cosine, dot and euclidean; IVF and HNSW indexes say to install the extra. get_stats()['engine'] reports which engine answered.

Fixed

• deploy/host/export_deps.py listed each requirement once even when a core dependency repeats an extra.

First release that contains the governed agent runtime (earlier PyPI releases were the SDK only).

• GovernedAutonomousLoop: every agent episode passes GUARD, THINK, ROUTE, ACT, COMPRESS, VERIFY, RECORD, LEARN. Risky tools wait for an Ed25519-signed human approval; episodes are hash-chained in an audit log and re-verifiable (delentia audit-chain verify).
• delentia CLI: setup, demo (a first run you can repeat and check yourself), serve, approvals, memory, credentials, profile, acp (Agent Client Protocol for editors), and more.
• OpenAI-compatible endpoint, MCP tools, messaging gateways (Telegram, Discord, Slack, LINE, WhatsApp, Signal, e-mail), cron jobs, subagents, external MCP servers and an OpenAPI-to-MCP bridge, all through the same gate.
• Memory as a hash-chained event log with per-person erasure, recall by meaning (optional local embeddings), pinned rules.

Fixed

• A clean pip install could not import the algorithm kernel: numpy, networkx, faiss-cpu, opencv-python-headless, gql, websockets, loguru and robotexclusionrulesparser were imported unconditionally but not declared. They are declared now, and a CI job installs the built wheel into an empty environment.

Not claimed

• The runtime has been exercised with scripted models and small local models; a capable hosted model driving it for days, a public host and independent witnesses are not yet in place. The messaging gateways were tested against local fakes, not the live services.
