First semver release of cmp-ghq — an nvim-cmp source that completes repository paths managed by ghq.

Features

• Lists local ghq repositories via ghq list -p and offers their paths as completion candidates
• Resolves each repository's origin URL via git remote -v so the URL host/path can also be completed
• Asynchronous gather pipeline using vim.system with a configurable concurrency limit (semaphore-based)
• Per-directory caching of computed candidates; jobs are tracked so isIncomplete is reported correctly until everything settles
• Configurable ghq / git executables, concurrency, keyword_pattern, trigger_characters
