Release list
ER Mario 0.3.9 (early release)
Install: unzip, put your Super Mario 64 ROM (US version) in the folder, start with er-mario.me3 (needs me3). The first launch sets Mario up from your ROM; when the box says Setup complete, press any button and start the game again. Full steps in the README inside the zip.
Updating: move your ROM into the new ER-Mario folder. Copy the package folder too if you want to skip the one-time setup. Your Mario save is kept (it lives with your Elden Ring saves, not in the mod folder).
New in 0.3.9
- Mario is immune to poison, scarlet rot, bleed, frostbite, madness and deathblight.
- Punches and kicks do 20% more damage to bosses, dives 10% more.
- Fixed small hitches when playing in a language other than English.
Something wrong? Open an issue and attach both files from the logs folder.
Known issues: Rykard's fight doesn't reach its second phase yet (being fixed), cutscenes show a crumpled Mario, slight flicker at fog walls, no Torrent, Mario's shadow can flicker from some camera angles in sunlight, some hills and rocks have no collision in the game itself.
Streaming: use window capture or display capture for the HUD to show.
Offline only. Never play this mod online.
