Demist for Mac desktop-v0.1.3-mac (beta)

Beta build - not yet verified on physical Apple Silicon hardware.

This is an unsigned, ad-hoc-signed build (no Apple Developer Program
membership yet). macOS Gatekeeper will block it on first launch with
"Demist can't be opened because Apple cannot verify it is free of
malware." That's expected, not a bug - see the install guide for the
exact steps to open it anyway:

Apple Silicon (M1 or newer) only. Built and verified against the
real on-device transcription/term-detection/translation pipeline on
GitHub's macOS CI runner - see desktop/MACOS_BUILD_PLAN.md in the
repo for exactly what has and hasn't been confirmed yet.
