Comprehensive disclaimers and liability shield in T&C Section 5

Consolidated the measurement disclaimer and limitation of liability
into a single ironclad Section 5 with eight sub-sections:

5.1 Nature of the Software — explicitly states MacStep is a viewer
    and reference tool, NOT a CAD system, NOT a certified instrument,
    NOT a manufacturing tool.

5.2 Measurement accuracy — measurements are approximate, depend on
    tessellation quality + click precision + float32 arithmetic.
    Explicit prohibition list: no manufacturing tolerances, no safety-
    critical decisions, no regulatory inspections, no aerospace/medical
    dimensions. "Always verify in the original CAD system."

5.3 File interpretation — different CAD tools produce varying-quality
    STEP/IGES; no guarantee of visual match with originating system.

5.4 STL export — exported meshes are tessellated approximations, not
    B-Rep geometry. "Reference and prototyping only."

5.5 "As is" warranty disclaimer — express, implied, statutory
    warranties disclaimed (merchantability, fitness for purpose,
    accuracy, non-infringement, error-free operation). Mandatory EU
    2-year conformity guarantee carved out for paid licenses.

5.6 Limitation of liability — total cap at amount paid (€0 for free
    users). Enumerated exclusions: indirect/consequential damages,
    loss of data/profits/revenue, business interruption, substitute
    procurement costs, reliance on measurements/exports, third-party
    component failures, file open/display failures.

5.7 Indemnification — user indemnifies seller for use in manufacturing,
    safety-critical, or regulatory contexts not contemplated by terms.

5.8 Mandatory consumer rights preserved — explicit carve-out for fraud,
    gross negligence, death/injury, EU 2019/770 conformity guarantee,
    and any non-excludable Danish/EU liability. Severability clause so
    one unenforceable provision doesn't void the rest.

This is the maximum legal protection available under EU/DK law for a
desktop software product. The mandatory consumer rights carve-out
(5.8) is required by law and can't be avoided, but it only covers
scenarios where we actively deceived or harmed someone — which is
impossible for an offline CAD file viewer.
