v2.1.1 - More monster updates

MPORTANT NOTE FROM HOWBAZAAR:

NOTE: Some monsters had skills removed, but they're still dropping those skills as loot. Unclear if the bug is with loot table or if skills should not have been removed. For example, Lord Arken can still drop the Heavy Weaponry skill. Possibly also occurring with Veteran Octopus, Coconut Crab, Thug, and Mr. Moo.

Installation

1. Install the latest version of BepInEx 5 if you haven't already
2. Drop the BepInEx folder from the mod release into the root of the game (bazaarwinprodlatest folder)
