Fixes MCP directory installations that launch uvx openworkproof: the package now installs that executable as an alias for the existing owp-mcp stdio server. Existing owp and owp-mcp commands are retained, with the same 29 MCP tools and no protocol implementation changes.

To refresh an existing uv installation/cache:

uvx --refresh openworkproof

The explicit MCP command remains:

uvx --from openworkproof owp-mcp

Also updates the official registry metadata to its accepted schema, corrects the documented tool count, and preserves revision-bound image validation with a newly built candidate inventory and full Git history in CI.

修复了部分 MCP 目录使用 uvx openworkproof 安装后找不到启动程序的问题。已有缓存可使用上面的刷新命令更新；授权、执行和验收的协议行为没有变化。第三方目录的版本文字和扫描分数需等待各平台重新同步与复检。
