OpenWorkProof 1.4.2 — Clearer MCP tool descriptions

Clarifies the descriptions returned by the existing 29 MCP tools:

• owp_run_tests explains that it records an execution receipt in the ledger and saves test evidence files.
• owp_run_verification distinguishes ledger commits from preparation of an unsigned decision draft.
• owp_generate_keypair and owp_list_domains explicitly state that they take no input parameters.

The tool names, parameter-validation rules, execution and verification code are unchanged. The package-name startup alias introduced in 1.4.1 is retained.

Refresh an existing uv cache to fetch the updated descriptions:

uvx --refresh openworkproof

MCPRush's separate parameterless-schema capture advisory has been reported to the platform with a runtime tools/list capture and a public-page screenshot. Runtime object input schemas with empty properties remain valid and unchanged.
