HoloEasy 5.0.0

First stable 5.x release. Packet-based holograms for Spigot/Paper 1.8 → 26.3, including Display entities on 1.19.4+.

Highlights

• Display entity metadata fixed for modern Minecraft / PacketEvents (correct indexes for 1.19.4–1.20.1 vs 1.20.2+)
• Default Display text billboard = CENTER (visible from all angles)
• PacketEvents 2.14.0 (you still provide/init PacketEvents yourself)
• Docs rebuilt (VitePress): https://denmeh.github.io/holoeasy/
• JitPack builds on JDK 17; library bytecode stays Java 8+
