feat: add editor mode switcher to toolbar and normalize view styling

Add segmented Source/Rich/Split/Preview buttons to the toolbar so users
can see and switch editor modes with the mouse (previously keyboard-only).
Normalize padding, font-size, and typography across all editor views so
switching between Rich, Split, and Preview looks consistent.
