Momentary now asks once, the first time you open its settings, whether it should launch at login.
It is headless, so an install that never starts with the Mac quietly does nothing after a restart,
with no window or Dock icon to explain why. Answer either way and it never asks again; if it is
already set to launch at login, it never asks at all.
The settings window no longer opens next to the menu bar panel. With the menu bar item on, that
panel is the settings — launching Momentary a second time used to put a duplicate copy of it in a
window. Switch the item off and the window is the settings again.
Using the Launch at login switch dismisses the notice above it, rather than leaving it asking
about a switch you just used.
