1.1.4 is "The world seam" — the first seam where Maxim's substrate meets a world it does not control. Infrastructure only, no behavioral claim; the claims come in 1.2 against this apparatus.
- Minecraft bridge (NDJSON-over-TCP; honesty contract: refusal = failure, timeout = UNKNOWN) +
bodies/minecraft_player.yaml(16 world sensors, ranges re-centered to the encoding neutral) + theworldmodality channel + the two-AUT-one-world harness with a liveness-gated smoke verdict. - A4 nonlinear gain, shipped world-only at the unchanged 0.85 threshold, behind a vectorized exact scan (0.31 ms p95 @ 10k nodes) — the scan-cost prerequisite measured first.
- Pre-registered L11 re-measure on live world data:
mitigation-confirmed, NOT retired-eligible — A0 fully blind at N=16 (separation 0.0), A4 separates (0.0566 ≪ the 0.70 retirement bar). L11 stays ACTIVE with A4 as partial mitigation. - Console hardening: bearer auth always-on, fail-closed (contract 0.4.0) + the Reachy device handoff (decision A9). Errata: A9's dashboard-link premise died against the vendor daemon same-day — superseded by A9.1 spoken-code pairing (contract 0.5.0), which ships in the next release.
