docs: add a Next steps section to the run-a-script tutorial#3312

The tutorial ended by telling readers to keep exploring the tutorials and examples but linked nowhere. Add a Next steps section with onward links, including to the examples page. Closes #2601

The Run a script
tutorial closed by telling readers to "keep exploring the tutorials and
examples" but didn't link anywhere, leaving a dead end.
This adds a Next steps section (matching the convention used by other
tutorials) with onward links: initializing a project, setting up the
editor environment, fetching data, and browsing all examples.
Closes #2601.
