Bug Fixes

  • read legacy Developer ID P12 during release (#26) (61b4e70)

The binary is arm64, Developer ID signed and notarized,
pure Go with no runtime dependencies, and requires macOS 27 or later on Apple silicon. The
transport is stdio only: there is no network listener.

Install with Homebrew:

brew install deploymenttheory/tap/macos-mcp-server

Or verify a download against the signed checksum file:

cosign verify-blob \
  --bundle macos-mcp-server_0.2.1_checksums.txt.sigstore.json \
  --certificate-identity-regexp 'https://github.com/deploymenttheory/macos-mcp-server/.*' \
  --certificate-oidc-issuer https://token.actions.githubusercontent.com \
  macos-mcp-server_0.2.1_checksums.txt

shasum -a 256 -c macos-mcp-server_0.2.1_checksums.txt --ignore-missing
codesign -dv --verbose=4 macos-mcp-server # Authority=Developer ID Application
spctl -a -vv -t install macos-mcp-server # source=Notarized Developer ID
