- Integrate i18next + react-i18next with LanguageDetector and local storage persistence
- Localize all pages (13), dialogs (8), auth/layout (6), chat (55), and Concord V1+V2 (18) components — every user-facing string
- Add LanguageSelector in Settings → Appearance with en/ru/uk dropdown, instant switch
- Create ~1500-key locale files for each language with nested dotted keys (chat.composer, dialogs.wallet, etc.)
- Add i18next-parser config with npm run i18n script for automated key extraction
- Set up i18n config import in test setup so t() resolves in jsdom
- Fix TypeScript/ESLint regressions: ErrorBoundary (direct i18n.t()), WalletDialog (plural type), ProfileSettings (hooks in render callbacks), SignerToastContent (unused import)
- Allow empty catch (eslint.config.js) for pre-existing pattern
- Update README with i18n section
