What's changed

• The home screen no longer looks like a row is selected when it opens: the search box shows it has the keys, and names the row Enter will open
• Clearer documentation: every page, the --help text and the in-app key help were rewritten in plainer language, and about a dozen mistakes were corrected along the way
• The docs now say exactly what --skip-rows skips: rows before the header, or data rows after it when --header-rows is set
