Expands analyze with stable summary, trend, compare, and regime outputs; adds rolling window summaries, confidence metadata, citation propagation, and consistent table formatting.

• analyze compare for aligned-series comparison with table and JSON output
• Experimental analyze regime with CUSUM-based change-point and segment reporting

• Numeric table output now uses human-friendly formatting while JSON/JSONL stay machine-clean
• Source and citation provenance now flows through analysis outputs and footer rendering

• Live FRED traffic is paced more conservatively and tests are rate-aware
