Hold-to-drive and other press-and-hold prompts now respond promptly (a couple of seconds at most). Verified against SpongeBob SquarePants boating lesson, where the boat previously refused to continue past the first stop sign.

The controller now re-confirms held buttons, colors and stick direction every 0.1 seconds, matching the pace games expect. Idle behavior is unchanged.
