D.Smile v0.4.0

• The game list now tells you when a new version is out: a banner appears under the title and tapping it opens the release page. It makes a single anonymous GitHub check when the screen opens and stays silent offline. (This is the app's first and only network access.)
• Hold detection is now scoped to ENTER only, the button games actually use for press-and-hold prompts. Holding EXIT, HELP or ABC can no longer read as repeated presses.
