2026-06-28: Responses regeneration

• added ability to regenerate the last event responses (via web app or .chars regen-last command)
• improved responses and events handling for raid groups (#24)
• reorganized web app interface a bit and improved handling of offline/online characters
• the module will now ignore all incoming client addon messages by default
• added gendered constructions support for ruRU (and possible other languages)
