ChromaShift 0.1.0 Preview 3

Important

Preview 3 is an intentionally unsigned private-repository hotfix. Windows may show an Unknown publisher warning. Azure-signed releases remain planned for Preview 4.

Hotfix focus

This cut validates the Windows uninstall fix. Install Preview 3, leave ChromaShift running, uninstall it, and confirm that the application directory and Start menu entry are removed. Saved profiles and preferences remain intact by design.

ChromaShift 0.1.0 Preview 1

ChromaShift's first public preview includes automatic foreground-app profiles, manual and tray activation, per-display color controls, safe preview rollback, and exact original-setting restoration.

Highlights:

• Windows 11 Electron app and non-activating mini panel
• Vendor-neutral display profiles with per-display settings
• Foreground application matching, manual overrides, and Automatic mode
• Tray controls, global shortcuts, native notifications, Pause, and safety-blocked recovery
• Sandboxed renderer, external DisplayService helper, watchdog restoration, diagnostics, and restore-safe shutdown
• Windows x64 installer with in-place upgrade and preserved profile data

This preview is unsigned. Windows may show an unknown-publisher warning. Authenticode signing, SmartScreen reputation, AMD and mixed-GPU hardware validation, and the extended OS/GPU fault matrix are planned for Milestone 8.
