These are the remote repositories the user have access to (e.g. as the owner, or a member of the owning organization) based on the entered filter text. If there's no query/filter, then available repositories are listed.

With that, I don't believe it fits to hide/remove entries from the list. However, I'm open to hear your thoughts here.
