Keys & Firmware

Ryudeck does not ship with any keys or firmware. You must supply your own, legally dumped from your own Nintendo Switch console.

Installation Methods

Manual Installation

Navigate to Settings -> Library in the Ryudeck launcher. Use the gamepad-navigable interface to:

• Install Keys: Load prod.keys (and title.keys if available).
• Install Firmware: Load the firmware files required to boot games.

Import from Existing Install (NEW)

If you have an existing installation of Ryujinx, Ryubing, or Canary on your Steam Deck, Ryudeck can auto-detect and import keys and firmware in one tap.

• Go to Settings -> Library.
• Select Import from existing install.
• The system will scan for compatible files and import them automatically.

Requirements

• Keys: prod.keys is mandatory. title.keys is recommended for better compatibility.
• Firmware: Required to boot any game. Without firmware, games will fail to start.
