🚀 Release v3.0.0 - Intel Compatibility

This release introduces improvements to the desktop experience for Google Messages on macOS. This version focuses on [e.g., Apple Silicon optimization / UI refinements / bug fixes].

  • [DMG]: The .dmg file is now available on Intel Macs, and it should work if you follow the steps correctly.

📦 Installation Instructions

  1. Download the Google.Messages.for.Mac.dmg file from the Assets section below.
  2. Open the .dmg file.
  3. Drag Google Messages into your Applications folder.
  4. Right-click the app and select Open for the first run to bypass unidentified developer warnings (if applicable).
  5. Scan the QR code using your Android phone to sync your messages.

Beware you may have to run this command to allow the app to function.
